Blue Heron Preserve

Blue Heron Preserve is a 240-unit apartment community and the final phase of the three-part Blue Heron Living Community in Bradenton. Completion scheduled for spring 2027.

Among its many highlights, Blue Heron Preserve will introduce a resident-exclusive food truck court, a multi-sport gaming area, and a private events pavilion, additions that strengthen an already extensive amenity package.
